Discussion question: Are you one of those who find titling the hardest part of writing? If so, what do you do to find inspiration or are you tempted just to call everything untitled, especially if its a short piece?

For titles it depends more on the fandom I'm writing in than the actual fic, most of the time I just lines from songs and song titles, the rest of the time I use quotes from the source material. I do struggle with titles when I write my blog posts on wordpress that's because some of my posts are personal and it's always harder for some reason when the writing is personal and not for the fun of it.

I'm still pondering and staring at the screen. I'm hopeful that, if I can just get started, the scene will move quickly. I just can't seem to get started.

Titles are hard. I tend to go utterly blank when the time comes to come up with a title. I usually pull out a dictionary or thesaurus and browse for a while. I don't always get a title that way, but it makes me think of things I wouldn't have otherwise. I have a list somewhere of song lyrics that might make good titles, but I seldom use it. Lyrics seem too specific or too long, and part of the strength of using lyrics is having them recognized, and my taste in music tends toward obscure folk music.
