Hello, WIP challenge folks. We've hit day seven -- congratulations on surviving the first week! What are your hopes and dreams for the week ahead?

I've managed to write about 800 words today and have edited a few more, which means that the fic I'm working on (which has been floating around in my head for weeks refusing to be anything more than notes and phrases) is very close to becoming a finished draft. A draft that wants polishing, yes, but that's this week's goal.

My writing has been totally upended by the Super Bowl -- I couldn't concentrate on anything else yesterday or today. Not that I mind much. ;-) Even so, I'm hopeful I can get back on track tomorrow with a different sport and crank another chapter out. My goal for this coming week is to finish one chapter and start on the next!

Yeah, the Super Bowl got to me, too. Great game for watching, bad for writing. Good luck with your chapters!

I decided I was finished w/one fic, & posted it, although I'm not sure how much of that was a wise decision & how much just being tired of working on it. ^^;;; We'll see if the recipient likes it, ack.
