Today will not be conducive to writing; I have an event to attend and then I'm going away for the rest of the weekend. If I get a chance, I might fiddle with some story outlines, but that's probably all I will manage. I may have some time on Sunday to apply myself to my WIPs, once I get free of the family reunion!

The only thing giving me trouble right now is finding/making time to write. I have done a poor job of being disciplined in my writing this week, but a new week is coming and that always is a good time for a fresh start. ;-)

I set aside an hour just for writing. Then I sat down and just... wrote whatever came to me, with almost no editing or second thought. I'll let it sit for a while, to see how it turned out with a clearer eye.

I did finish the prologue/first chapter of my "new" Darth Maul fanfic and decided that I might even post it as a one shot. Just not sure how soon I get a beta ... but it took me forever to write it, I can wait a few weeks for it to be beta-read :D

Writing has been going well, I realised that talking about fanfics, ideas and sharing stories and ideas really inspires me. Depression is the number one enemy to my writing ambitions.

I added 375 words to the big bang while editing.

I hate editing. Well not really I just really want a break from it. Meh.

It's been a horrible couple of weeks for writing: first came incredible work pressures, then crushing episodes of depression. BUT, on Friday night I managed to get a new chapter written on a ReBoot AU I've been working on, so that's a bit of progress anyway.

I didn't manage any writing today. I don't even have a good reason for it. I had time. I just didn't use it productively.
