For discussion: I happened upon a blog post today about writing that talked about what one's "brand" was as a writer. I kind of wrinkled my nose at the term with regards to fic writers. But what do you think you're known for, fic-wise? In other words, if someone knew a fic was by you, what might they expect from it? A specific pairing, something stylistic? How do you feel about that expectation? Would you rather be known for something else?
