Sorry to be posting this so late. I lost track of time (I have a reminder set to go off at 10 a.m., my time zone, but I get distracted). At least, it's still Monday here.
Today's discussion question: What point of view do you like to use? Do you ever experiment? Do you ever get to a point in a story and realize that what comes next needs to come from a different character's point of view?
I play with first person and third person limited. I don't think I could pull off second person, and I find third person omniscient difficult because I like being grounded in one specific point of view. I have, though, sometimes found that the story I'm writing won't work from the point of view I started in. Then I need to switch to a different character or go from third to first or otherwise change things.
