Today's discussion question: Do you have any stories ideas that you never get around to writing or that you're keeping for later? How do you track such things? Do you ever find the ideas you've put off are demanding to be written immediately?

When I have spontaneous story ideas, they're almost always for gigantic epics that will take me years to write. I keep track of those ideas in a document on my laptop. Putting the ideas there seems to help me put them aside for the time being. I tend to keep myself busy, signing up for exchanges, so that I seldom have time to go back to those ideas. They're still there, on the edges of my mind, waiting to sneak back in and claim my attention.
