Well, I wrote about 3000 words yesterday and today. 2000 alone for the Avenger fanfic, so in a way I already passed my monthly goal. The other words were for two different fanfictions.

Below a snippet from my Patriot fanfic. Colonel Tavington dreading to make an apology for rude behaviour.

Time to make a new plan. Maybe he could ask Elizabeth for a word and maybe he could in-still upon her without creating a new incident, that it would be in her best interest to keep quiet about their conversation. Chances might be in his favour if O'Hara had not talked to her beforehand. Closing his eyes, he stood there enjoying the cool night air and the faint music in the background. Just a few moments longer he promised to himself as he heard the door to the balcony opening again.

“Colonel?” he heard an unexpected voice.

It was Elizabeth Woodward who stepped outside. Tavington's face darkened, assuming that O'Hara had indeed told her about the apology.

“Miss Woodward!” he said coldly.

“I'm sorry if I am disturbing you - I just saw you step outside and wanted to use the chance for an...”, she began before he interrupted her.

“An apology?”

She blushed. “Yes.”
