How secretive are you when you are writing fic? Does anyone around you know, and if they do, are they supportive?

I wrote something for my Roman fanfic. Not much but a little bit.

As I live alone, there is no one I have to answer to. However, if my parents visit I just write, it is not like they care or ever ask me what I am doing.

Everyone who knows me knows that I write original fic, but people tend not to ask about fanfic, and I don't bring it up ;)

I did research for some new prompts I signed up for -- even though I have these longstanding WIPs waiting for attention, I can't resist new one-shot prompts! I find them helpful in getting me back on track when the Real World has derailed me from my writing.

My hubby knows about my writing, and while he isn't really all that interested in reading what I write, he doesn't mind that I'm doing it.
