December WIP challenge sign ups

It's time to sign up for the December WIP challenge!

Some people join the challenge midmonth, or comment on check-in posts without signing up, which is fine -- I'm glad there's a way for the challenge to be useful in a variety of ways.

But for those of you who find the commitment of signing up useful, please leave a comment with the below information.

Signups will be open until the end of November.

• Level of challenge: 1 chapter, 1000 words, 1 fic finished, whatever you like
• Fandom(s) involved: if you know at this point
• What you're looking for from the challenge: this could be as vague or specific as you like: someone to be accountable to, someone to remind you to write, someone to bounce ideas off, etc.
• What you could offer other participants yourself: ditto!
• How people should contact you: DW message, e-mail, IM etc.
• Time zone: useful for seeing who might be up for a writing session at a time convenient to you

I couldn't continue to run this challenge without assistance with the daily check-in posts. Many thanks to everyone who's helped with the check-ins before!

Please let me know if you'd be interested in helping out. A week per person would be ideal (I usually assign weeks running Sunday-Saturday just for consistency). I'm happy to help come up with suggestions for discussion topics (& Friday or Saturday is usually the general chat/snippet/beta-seeking etc. post).

It's basically one post a day for your week. Within the post there is usually a poll (whether it's text that people answer in a comment, or a dw poll in the post is up to you) and a discussion topic related to fanfic writing. Either friday or saturday, the topic tends to get replaced with a snippet sharing/beta seeking/ ranting or raving session. Whether or not you respond to comments is completely up to you.

Have a look back through some recent check ins if that helps.

If you still feel up for it, how about the week Dec 16th to 22nd?

Level of challenge: First priority = write and post an overdue one-shots for a challenge, as well as my assigned story for a Yule Fic exchange. Second priority = Post at least 2 new chapters in one or more of my WIP's, possibly concentrating on my Major fic, since it's close to being finished.

Belated sign-up! I'm having a wonky internet situation this month, so not sure whether I can actually check in every day, but even so, it might be the little nudge I need to get writing.

Level of challenge: Write 200 words 6 days a week. I did 150 for mini-wrimo and that worked pretty well, so I'm raising the bar by 50 words.
Fandom(s) involved: Supernatural FPF and RPF
What you're looking for from the challenge: motivation to write!
What you could offer other participants yourself: I'd love to do sessions & sprints, but as I said, I'm not sure how often I can be online.
