WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 17 -- Sunday

Greetings this new week! linaewen here to help encourage you and provide you with a setting to talk about your writing as we begin the second half of the March challenge.

What kind of a writing day has it been today?

For Discussion:  We're halfway through the month at this point.  How are you doing at keeping on track with your writing goals for March?  Are you on track?  Mostly on track?  Way behind but hopeful you'll do better in what time remains?  Resigned to the fact that you bit off more than you can chew this time around?

I have the whole day ahead of me to do as I please for a change, so if I don't do something writing-related today, it will be a gross misuse of my time. ;-)

I am resigned to the fact that it was a much busier month than I expected it to be, and due to some unexpected issues, I have been totally unable to do anything writing-related so far. However, I am nothing if not a hopeful person, so I'm still in the running for getting something accomplished in the next two weeks! My goals are usually more than I can manage anyway, so if I even just get a portion written of what I had planned, then I'll be happy.

I've done a little editing and planning, Evernote is handy. I'm getting back to editing in a few minutes.

So far I'm mostly on track, I've edited and posted half (6 chapters) of my fic and hopefully, RL depending, I can get the remaining 6 chapters posted this week.
The only thing I've not yet managed is a fill for my cottoncandy_bingo table, I still have time but the prompts are not at all inspiring to work with.

I wrote a little bit this past week. Almost done with a couple of projects that I hope will make my writing go smoother.

Still having problems with the "ooh, shiny!" syndrome. I wrote this past week on a Night Heat story, for example. Another nice new one came last night, for my Equalizer stories.

I am very grateful for the influx of new ideas; I need to actually get them down on screen/paper and finished much more often.
