WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 23 -- Saturday

Hello on Saturday!  I'm so sorry for missing yesterday.  That makes two missed days this week, yikes!  As my mom used to say, life is too much with me -- I've had a bit much going on and I confess I forgot about posting yesterday.  I hope it was a good day for you all, whether in a writing sense or otherwise!

Life happened! Even so, I've been thinking about writing. I am probably going to set aside some of the challenges I was going to participate in and reduce the writing stress I've put myself under. I'll save the prompts and do them some other time when I need something new to work on. For now, I feel the need to get back to my neglected WIPs and try to finish them up.

The coming month is going to be even crazier than this one turned out to be, but I think that by sticking with the familiar in my writing, I'll manage better. It might take awhile to get back into the swing of where I was, since it's been so long, but it will be worth the effort if I can get things going again and even finish up a couple of my WIPs that really only need a couple of chapters to finish up.
