Discussion topic: visiting family. When you're visiting family and friends do you ever make time to write or do you wait and see what happens.

This weekend I've come home to Leeds to my mum's for a wee break and since I arrived I have had very little time to write and I'm starting to feel a little out of the loop with my writing but I will have a couple of hours before bed to attempt something and maybe an hour or so in the morning before I need to leave for the bus home.

I had an excellent day thanks to it being a fic rush round. 2500 words added to my scifi big bang.

I try sometimes to put a little time aside for writing, but usually I'm too knackered to actually write.
