More on my fic today but it's mostly rubbish that I'll have to toss. Still, some of it may be salvageable, & at least it keeps the fic in my brain. I've been trying to do some serious thinking about how to plot this fic but need to do some more!

I'm way behind in checking in and also on fic writing! So this check in covers the last two days and into today (Friday). Even though I didn't write or research, I did get my computer back where it needs to be, so I can move on and do something else more productive. I'm really happy that I didn't lose one thing my computer crash, not even my most recent notes, so I tthink I'll celebrate by writing today.

I know, I always say I'm going to buckle down and really write today, and then I don't -- but I mean it this time! I think I'll have my set writing time right away this morning so nothing else impinges on that time. ;-)

Hi there--thanks for your comment! I've been meaning to add some WIP challenge links to the sticky post but haven't had a chance yet, so thanks for highlighting that it would be useful. For now, there's some discussion about the challenge tagged here, particularly this post & this one.

The sign-up posts are here--if you want to join in this month I don't see why a late entry would be a problem. Or feel free to just see how it plays out, of course!

Thank you. I think I'll play it by ear rather than sign-up late. Sometimes its a great relief just to talk about what you are writing.
