Hello, I am going to be your hostess this week. I promise to try my best and faithfully update every day around this time ...
So did you ...
... write
... read
... researched
... did real life stuff
... something else?
How do you handle different plot bunnies/urges. Like you have ideas for two or three stories that do want to be written or that you crave to write because you have not found a fanfic that fullfills that need. What are your strategies for handling this? Do you try and force yourself to
work on one or do you open multiple documents and switch between them?

Date: Sunday, June 16th, 2013 18:09 (UTC)I keep track of all my ideas in different folders, and have easy access to all of them via Jarte, which lets me open multiple documents in tabs. I do sometimes have more than one bunny/WIP open at the same time, but eventually, the one that inspires me to move forward is the one that gets the attention. This is why I have so many WIPs, I think, because I don't concentrate on just one story at a time. Even if I don't actually write up a bunny that is begging to be written, I will at least start a folder for it and take notes, do research, and set up an outline so that I don't lose the idea and I can pick it up at any time.
