I have a quick question for my kids BB. What shoe size would a four year old child wear? It's for a scene in which Janeway replicates a pair of shoes for Naomi Wildman before they do an activity.

I did look at a couple of shoe size chart/guide however I got a bit confused by it and I have no personal experience with these things so any help is greatly appreciated.
