Hello on Monday!  The sun is trying to shine here where I am, and while it's pretty weak at the moment, I'll take it!

Here's another writing quote for us to contemplate as we try to keep our minds on what we want to say to our reading audience today:

So what's today been like so far with writing?  Or, if you haven't been free to write as yet today, what are your prospects and plans for getting in some time with your fic today?  Any updates on how things went over the weekend?

Well, my hopes of many hours of writing yesterday fizzled -- due to an amazing number of phone calls from people who have been out of touch and decided to get back in touch yesterday. Not a bad thing at all, but it wasn't quite what I had in mind for the afternoon. ;-)

I did manage some planning and vision casting for the Big Bang challenge I'm working on, and I hope to actually start writing on that now. I think I've done all the planning and outlining I can without actually writing the thing! If I manage my time properly today, I should be able to get some writing time in.

Nothing much productive today at all! A tiny bit of revision on the current WIP but I feel kind of scatterbrained & don't really want to do much. :/

That's where I'm at, too, actually. There was no way any amount of time management would have helped me today with anything other than keeping one step ahead of things, so I think I'll just put my feet up now and try again tomorrow! We're allowed to have days like that, right? ;-)
