I couldn't get online yesterday, sorry about that -- I hope you all were able to make some sort of progress in your writing that encouraged you -- or if you took a break from it, that it was one the refreshed you to start up again with vigor!

I'm away from my usual internet, so the ability to get online is sporadic and sluggish at best when I actually do manage it. This is a good thing as far as my writing goes -- I won't be distracted by surfing lazily or getting caught up in rabbit-trail research and forgetting to write! I'm looking forward to a long day of writing productivity.

I'll try to get online at the end of the day and report an actual word count! :-D

Oh look, this scene again. *eyes her fledgling novel* This'll be the third attempt at writing it, and each time so far, it's killed the novel. Expositionary conversations tend to do that. Of course, what I really want is for the archangels to not turn up... hmm...

My bang foes to the beta, and it needs so much major edit that the word count may as well be zero. But at leasr it's on a clearer track.

I wrote a little bit--about 500 words--which is decent for a Friday night, when my brain is usually melted!

Had someone take a casual, not-really-beta-y look at my main WIP & assured me it wasn't too schmoopy to be allowed. Phew, encouragement to continue!
