Hello on Monday! Time to check in and share what's happening -- or not happening. How is your Monday of writing going so far today? If you are doing canon research and planning, is that going well? Any word counts to report? Have you made progress in editing that gives you more confidence that your fic will be ready for publishing?
For Discussion: It's really, really cold outside at the moment, and that makes it rather cold inside, as well. Which makes me wonder -- does temperature have any affect on how well you write? Does a certain temperature energize you? Or is your brain numb when it's cold, and your muse listless when it's hot?
I haven't written yet today, but I have something open on my computer that needs some attention -- it was last updated almost 3 years ago, so hopefully I can remember where I was going with it! In spite of that, I'm encouraged that I was able to finish and post 4 stories for challenge prompts in the last week. As for the discussion question, I don't know that heat or cold actually affects my writing brain, but being cold does affect my ability to type properly!

Date: Monday, January 27th, 2014 16:53 (UTC)I don't know about writing per se, but I tend to crawl under blankets and sheets when it gets cold, and I can't do anything until I feel warm again.
