Discussion: stress. When you're feeling stressed out or dealing with a stressful situation do you still write or do you leave it until you're feeling better?

When I'm stressed I try to write down what is making feel that way and why rather than working on a fic but it does also depend on what is causing the stress as well.

I was a bit under the weather over the weekend, so I continued taking a break from writing -- still relaxing a bit after pushing to finish 5 one-shot fics in a matter of days! However, my various neglected WIPs are continuing to feel neglected, so I think I'll have to get a move on here soon.

When I'm stressed, I don't seem to be able to focus on writing, so I tend to play computer games or do something that doesn't involve a lot of thinking!
