WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 30 -- Wednesday

Greetings!  It's Wednesday, which means the week is half over.  How is the writing going today?

Discussion:  Today is the last day of April -- how you feel about your writing accomplishments over the past month?  Are you encouraged or discouraged?  Did you accomplish or make good progress towards your goals?  What are you looking forward to for May's WIP Challenge?

I am at least back to thinking about my fic, but I'm still struggling with time management.  As a result, I am discouraged about my progress, because I didn't make any at all this month.  I am hoping to start again from square one in the new month and make some progress this time!  I usually feel re-motivated at the beginning of a new month, so I plan to take advantage of that with my writing.  I have gotten away from writing 20 minutes every day, which really helped me make progress when I was doing it, so I need to get back to that.

I'm meh. I ended up tearing apart one assignment all month, and I was without my computer for a couple of weeks, which didn't help matters.

My remix story might be done. I'm not sure. I'm waiting to hear back from someone who offered to take a look at it and give me a second opinion as to whether or not it's done. (It has a good stopping point. My question is whether or not it's sufficient a remix or if I need to throw in more of the events from the original story.)

Finishing my remix was my goal for this month, so I think I'm doing pretty well. The story's shorter than I expected it to be, but it's a story.
