 Hello on Monday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today?

• I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

For Discussion: Distractions -- what things tend to distract you from writing?

I wrote some notes for a story on a scrap of paper yesterday, and need to get that down more permanently -- and hopefully expand upon it!  As for distractions, I am mostly distracted by undone work that I only seem to remember when I am sitting down to write!  I also get distracted by the internet.  Noise can distract me but I can usually deal with that by putting on my headphones and some music -- however, it can't be music with words, or I'm even more distracted.
