Discussion: revisions. Do you ever make revisions to fics you've posted? What things do you change?

I occasionally make revisions to fics that I've already posted and it's usually silly things like spelling mistakes that escaped my attention during editing. At the moment I'm revising the first two chapters of Let Me Fade, a post as I go WIP because there are some things that have happened too soon in the overall arc and once they're done it should flow better and help the rest of the story (I hope!) essentially it's a pacing issue that I hadn't noticed before I started posting.

I have started posting several of my WIPs at Ao3, and I'm taking that as an opportunity to revise chapters written a really long time ago. I mostly fix grammar that seemed okay at the time but now is clunky, change punctuation (as I change my mind about how much to use commas and semicolons), and watch for consistency in the early part of the story with newer chapters. I have discovered a couple of mistakes in the actual storyline and was able to fix them as well as some problems that I was able to repair by explaining them in a later chapter.
