WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 30 -- Monday

Hello on Monday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today?

•     I thought about my fic once or twice
•     I wrote
•     I did some planning and/or research
•     I edited
•     I've sent my fic off to my beta
•     I posted today!
•     I'm taking a break
•     I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

For Discussion: Today is the last day of our June WIP Challenge.  How did this past month go for you with your writing?  Have you met your goals?  Is there anything you will do differently in July in order to better meet your writing goals for the new month?

I'm traveling today, so I won't get anything accomplished in writing except for thinking (and maybe jotting a few notes when the opportunity arises). June was the busiest month I remember having in a long time, and I accomplished nothing worth mentioning in my writing. I'm praying that July is less hectic! In an attempt to better meet my July goals, I plan to evaluate my schedule and how I manage my time to see if there is a better way of working in writing time before the day gets away from me.

I took a break today although I may have a look over one of my chapter fics this evening, if I can get my brain working.

The month was quite good for me even with travelling down to Leeds at the begining of it to see my mum and Brian for a few days and putting in a lot of overtime at work. I had a small goal of 1000 words on any project and I definitely beat that although I'm not sure by how much (too lazy to go and count.)

In July I'll mainly be working on two chapter fics which I'm doing on a post-and-go basis, something that I've never before as I prefer to have my fic finished before I post so it's interesting to try this method out.
