Haven't yet opened the file for my main WIP. I, uh, did write 800+ words of a completely new fic. Which is shiny & awesome but yes I need to knuckle down. The current WIP needs serious editing & I need to do it!

Edited three more pages!

Well. Edited? More like 'crossed out and replaced with a new, much shorter transition scene'. But whatever. The pages have red ink on them and no longer require editing. Same difference.

...and now my month-old new computer is randomly bluescreening when playing Oblivion and Google says it might be a hardware issue, so I'm off to thrash it with Sims 2 and hope that it's an Oblivion-specific problem...

It's very fun! I've finally, after however-many years, got a computer that can play it (well, except for the BSODs) and found a way to make the plot actually make sense. I'm enjoying it immensely.

I'm up another scene (750w), which means Ive now got 'everything' -except the punctuation and the grammar and the editing for flow. Still wondering if fandom will hate me for it. Perhaps I need to take some distance.

I am on track for today -- in other words, I'm in the act of writing instead of procrastinating! \o/ I've something like 1,000 words so far today, and as long as I don't get interrupted, I should be able to keep going. I have a tendency to reread and edit as I go, so for the most part, what I've got is in a semi-final form.

Three words -- Don't stop now!

Woot! I reached my 5,000 Big Bang word goal for this month's challenge! Of course, that's only a fraction of what I need for the whole thing, so I plan to keep going as I am able -- but it's nice to be able to actually attain something I've been aiming at for awhile now.

So me and a friend have taken a page out of lj's allyear_sprints book and have made our own sprint sessions every night.

And can I just say? We're both kicking serious butt.

Not sure where I started writing today but I do know that I've written 3.2K in the past 3.5 to 4 hours? :) *fist pump*

Hope to get another K or two written. Or at least finish another scene. _{and it'd be really really great to get started on the next one but i'm tired and i doubt i'll make it}
