Do you write original fiction? If so, what do you find different about original fiction versus fan fiction?
I haven't written any original fiction in about ten to fifteen years. I have three or four probable novels that I started before that and have never gone back to and at least one short story that I abandoned for reasons I no longer recall. I think I'm having more fun with fan fiction these days, so I'm not sure what would make me go back to original fiction.

Date: Sunday, January 11th, 2015 19:29 (UTC)I have a whole original world that I have been working on since I was a kid. To date, I only have one full-fledged novel (unpublished) set there, but I've got material to go on for ages, and I'm always adding little things to it here and there, usually in hand-written notes. I've got binders and binders of 'em. :-)
