Discussion: Do you make an effort to include all the senses in descriptions (smells, sounds, etcetera)? Does it come easily to you? Or is that something you don't really care about?

I went back to the doctor for my broken foot today. My husband took the day off so that he could get me there. As a result, I haven't done any writing today and probably won't. I am now cleared to walk again, at least a bit, and we finished off a Netflix DVD, so we've gotten something accomplished.

Today, I submitted an abuse report to a web provider because a site full of rip-off artist wankers stole five of my 'fics. *grumbles*

I try to include all the sense when I write description, the more so if I'm writing erotica (... which is frequently).
