For the weekend, I'm getting ready to go on a trip which starts Monday. I actually feel like I'll have some time to work on some writing, so I'll have to make sure I don't fall into the "surf the net because I'm bored" routine when I could be working on a WIP!

I am hoping I can write. I got through about 1500 words today (my first in weeks), and I want to keep the momentum going.

There will probably be a few hours of family obligation on Sunday as my husband's family gathers to celebrate Mother's Day. I think the plan is to meet at a restaurant, but I, oddly, have been left out of the planning. That's very unusual.

My home is full of in-laws. I need to go outside just to find peace and quiet. :-|
