WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 31 -- Sunday

Hello on Sunday! It's a new week of writing, and I'll be with you again this week for our check-in posts. What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

Discussion: Today is the last day of the May Challenge. Do you generally feel encouraged or discouraged about how the writing month went? What are you looking forward to working on in June?

I took a break yesterday, and will be taking one today, as I am traveling to attend a wedding. I will probably try to do some thinking about my fic in the car, though!

I'm feel encouraged because I was able to get some writing done in May, after a long time of nothing much happening with my writing. As for June, I have a number of projects to work on, but I really think I want to push forward with my Major (anime/manga) fic. It lacks only a chapter or two to finish it, and it would be really encouraging to actually finish a multi-chapter WIP for a change!

A couple of hits, a couple of misses, but I'm getting there, bit by bit. I've got a good feeling about June.

I've only had the time to do a little bit of writing today.

As for May overall, I only completed one fic and have yet to post anything, but...I've done more writing this month than I have for a long time, and it's given me some encouragement to actually post what I finish in the near future instead of getting all nervous and never sharing it. Maybe June will be a 'posting' month. :)
