WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 2 -- Thursday

Hello on Thursday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

•     I thought about my fic once or twice
•     I wrote
•     I did some planning and/or research
•     I edited
•     I've sent my fic off to my beta
•     I posted today!
•     I'm taking a break
•     I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Discussion:  One thing that keeps me from spending time with my fic is a quarterly newsletter I have to produce for my work.  How much writing do you do as part of your Real Life work?

I'm in the final stages of getting said newsletter ready for mailing -- hopefully after tomorrow I'll be free of it for another three months! Then I hope to be a bit more free for concentrating on fic.

I was thinking about my fic while I was working with one of day centre clients today. I'm almost finished for the day so hopefully I can get something done with a fic tonight.

I have to write in my clients log books, medication charts and communication books (at day centre) and I do this every day and it takes a few minutes at each visit to do.

Haven't written anything yet today, but I think some hardcore planning is in order before I call it a night.

I don't write anything at work, but I do a lot of thinking about writing, since it's kind of a braindead job, most times.
