I've gotten a little writing done since I've been home, although I had an early finish at work again it took much longer to get home because of the flooding here. Planning on using my day off to my advantage and posting something new tomorrow.

Sometimes the weather will give me an idea for a fic but using it all depends on how much I like the idea to begin with.

Yesterday was a really good day for writing, but today became a housework day. Haven't really written anything, but damned if this apartment doesn't look stellar now. :-) Got a deadline tomorrow, so I'll be on that.

EDIT — Forgot to answer the question! I tell you what, if I had a dime for every time I made it rain on the characters ....

Did some editing, that's about it -- though the night is young!

Weather is often featured in my fics, since my characters seem to be outside a lot! I don't know that weather has actually directly inspired my writing, but I have definitely called on real-life experiences with weather when writing about it.
