Discussion(s): humorous situations. Have you ever written a humorous or embarrassing situation for your characters? As it's Friday, what are you planning to work on for the weekend? Any interruptions?

I've done humorous situations a couple times but they were written way way back and I doubt I could pull off something now.

I'm working all weekend but hopefully I can get enough energy to focus on my fic once I'm home and work on something, anything and get through the backlog of *still* unposted fics because I've gotten out of the habit of posting my new fics lately.

I have no idea when I'm going to have time to write next. The last month has been... difficult, and the next two or three weeks also look bad. (That's why I didn't offer to do a week of check ins this month.) My family's kind of getting hammered by mandatory overtime, very serious car trouble, and scary health stuff for several different people.

I signed up for iddyiddybangbang, but I don't know when I'm actually going to be able to write. I have time on my hands, but I can't seem to do anything constructive with it.

I have, but I'm so brain dead at the moment, so I'll pass on examples.

This weekend, I'm getting iddyiddybangbang out of the way, since I couldn't wait to put down my ideas in a text file. I'm also reviewing canon for the Inshipping exchange.

I have written a few such situations as a bit of a break from the general intensity of the rest of the main story.

As for the weekend, I may actually be able to concentrate on writing for the most part as I don't anticipate any major interruptions.

I'm working on something that's supposed to be humorous at the moment. Not sure if it's succeeding!

My writing progress has been stalled this week, but I'm hoping to finish my late pod_together fic this weekend and maybe get started on another fic.
