Discussion: revisiting old fandoms. Do you ever go back and write new fics for fandoms that you used to involved with?

I actually did this, the discussion question, earlier today. I was wagtching L&O beofre I had to leave to get the train to uni and managed to write some snippets which may make it into a fic at some point, as I still have an hour or so of travelling before I'm home so I may try and piece something together from the bits that I have.

Managed to get quite a bit of writing done during the day at home today, which is always good and some are just about ready for posting.

I've been away from my writing so long, I need to go back to the planning stage to remember where I am. So that's what's on the docket for today. I have two new challenges coming up that don't have prompts assigned yet, so when I get those, I can move forward with some research.

I had old fandoms in my younger days that I followed but never wrote for. I have yet to write anything for those fandoms, but it's not impossible that I might be inspired to write something one of these days! However, my oldest fandom is still fresh with me and I continue to write for it.
