Greetings!
linaewen here to help encourage you and provide you with a setting to talk about your writing as we finish up the second half of our December WIP Challenge.
What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

- I thought about my fic once or twice
- I wrote
- I did some planning and/or research
- I edited
- I've sent my fic off to my beta
- I posted today!
- I'm taking a break
- I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Date: Sunday, December 20th, 2015 15:13 (UTC)Holiday times can be a mixed bag as far as writing goes. I believe I get more writing done during holiday breaks because I am away from my work schedule and responsibilities and more in control of what I make a part of my schedule. It's harder to write when family is around, except if it's my son -- spending time with him helps me, because we both write, and we sometimes have writing sessions together to help keep each other on track.

Oh and I don't take time off writing for the holidays really. I do what I can to keep working throughout.

Date: Monday, December 21st, 2015 03:38 (UTC)Holidays make very little difference to my schedule, since I have to be at work for almost all of them, and that has long been how it works, so it does not affect my writing.
