Shit for brains over here :(

At the moment I'm doing snowflake_challenge and waiting for my chocolateboxcomm assignment to come through.

I'm using the next few weeks to go through my laptop and see what's lingering and either post it or delete it, depends on the usual things though.

My word for the year is "consistent" so I'm trying to be more consistent in my writing (among other things). To that end, I'm trying to do the Snowflake Challenge and I've also signed up for Get Your Words Out. I'm trying to get in the habit of writing first thing in the morning before Life Happens to mess me up later in the day, but haven't quite managed it as yet today.

My project for now is to add a new chapter to an ongoing WIP that hasn't been updated in ages. I'm also expecting to join a January challenge to get caught up on some stories I claimed for other challenges but didn't finish -- I'll have a chance to resubmit them this month.

Due to travelling and being back at work, I didn't get any actual writing done the past couple of days, but I had some good ideas how to structure the next chapter of my WIP. I also got positive feedback from my friend on the first two chapters and did some editing, and overall I'm very happy with what I've got so far.

Next, I'll have to sit down and actually write the third chapter, and there's also one bingo square I want to tackle, probably with a short fic.

Did a spot of pinch-hitting for fandom_stocking, but I am mostly doo-doo for brains today, so I think that's about all I'm going to have done. Been a pretty productive week, though.
