Hello on Saturday!  Hope it's a relaxing day for you in which you can get caught up on your writing goals and finish the month well.!  What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

I'm thinking about my fic and expect to do some planning/research today, in advance of definitely writing. I have to get some words written so I can report progress for the Get Your Words Out Challenge I'm taking part in. The last two months I've spent the whole month not writing, then writing feverishly to produce something that counts, which is not a good method. I'm hopeful that May will be a better month for writing -- because of less stressful Real Life stuff going on and because I'm better organized and more committed to making writing a priority.

I wrote - and then almost completely rewrote the fic I was working on because it was just so awkward. Finally happy with the tone, so I think I shall leave it a re-read in a few days to see if it still reads as sufficiently self-centred and creepy. Got to love a fandom with so much mad science.

Late post from me, but here I am, anyway. April ended up being a pretty good month for words (about 17,000 in total), and May's off to kind of a slow start, but I'll get back on the horse, I'm sure.
