I just signed up for a couple of challenges, so I'm in a writing frame of mind now! I don't have the prompt yet for the one, and the other is for a Yule Fic exchange, so I won't know what I'm writing for that until they post the story prompts to choose from, but I'm still excited! I've enjoyed the challenge of writing for the exchange every year I've participated.

I prefer to write in the evening, as I don't have to stop what I'm doing to go to work -- I just have to stop to sleep, and that can be put off if necessary! ;-) I actually think more clearly in the morning, however, so if I have time in the morning, I sometimes try to write then, as well.

Another short 'fic for today, but this makes three days in a row (and going for four, since I am technically commenting on the following day). Heading up the ramp!

I try to write in the early morning on my weekdays (see: right now), but that doesn't always work. With my new home office setup, though, it's gotten a bit easier to write in the evenings, so ... I'm adjusting. It's a work in progress.
