I have a rough introduction for project!ambition in my notebook and will likely revise that when I have some more things to add to it. Other than that I've been reading my new Agent Carter book which arrived today.

Sometimes I set goals, it mainly depends on what I want to achieve with whatever I happen to be working on. They are useful to a point but too many or too vague and they're then unhelpful.

I spent quite a bit of time posting a bunch of stories I had written but not added to their various archives -- I'd gotten behind in posting so there were quite a few! Still have a couple left. It was good to get it done, but I probably should have spent some time working on creating some new stories!

Goals are definitely helpful to me, and I set them every month, usually in the form of lists of what I want to accomplish, in addition to the goals I share in the sign up posts here. I am usually not as specific as setting a word count goal, though I did that this month!

Managed the first scene of a longer story today, and I feel pretty good about it. Hoping to pick up the ball and run with it tomorrow.

As far as goals go, I try to do one scene (or one-shot) per day when I'm in my groove. ... Needless to say, there are times when I'm definitely not in my groove.
