Date: Thursday, February 9th, 2017 23:04 (UTC)I finished my pinch hit for chocolate box today and should have that up sometime tomorrow, once my husband has done beta on it for me.
As I'm still on sick leave from work I'm going to use the unexpected extra time to recover and also get through some of the unposted fics that have lingering for ages. It's something that I keep putting off and most of them are finished.

Date: Thursday, February 9th, 2017 23:16 (UTC)Today has been sorta slow, it's 10 pm (now 11) and I haven't really started writing, gotta fix that. I'm in the middle of a 1000 word/day streak and it'd be fun to know how long I can keep it up for even if I'll probably rest on the weekend.
In any case I'm close to being up to date with my GYWO pledge again, January was a slow month and I want to catch up and build a buffer before real life steals me away again.
My keeping track of wips is mostly done with OneNote since that's where most of my fanfic ideas start but I've started putting the ones I want to tackle this year on my spreadsheet and seeing the titles next to their start date is weirdly motivating. Like heck yeah, I still want to write this idea I had in 2015!
Sometimes finishing a work makes me feel like I won't have any ideas to write ever again, so having the ideas I never finished close by helps with that feeling.

As for today's discussion, my ultimate favorite spot to write is on window-side desks while getting sun, but since we only have so many daylight hours and I'm more of a night-owl (or just stubborn) a lot of my writing is done cozy in bed just typing away. (f.lux helps a lot, the lowest light setting feels very cozy for late night writing)
I can write on my phone if I'm out and about and find myself with some time, but I don't do it often... I do use OneNote to jolt down ideas on the go however.
