WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 5 -- Monday

Hello on Monday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

•     I'm taking a break
•     I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Monday Discussion - Do you save unfinished writing projects that you discarded for one reason or another?  Do you ever go back to work on them?

I'm basically taking a break right now from writing to try to get ahead of some of the things that are happening with work and Real Life.

Once I research a project idea, I save it whether I pursue it or not. I have had a few writing projects that I pursued for awhile and then couldn't go anywhere with them, so while they are discarded, they are not deleted. I usually think the idea might work at a later time. I go back to look at such projects from time to time, but haven't picked one up to work on it yet.

Wrote and posted. I finally finished my pinch hit fic and have just added it to AO3. *WHEW* those last 200 or so words were a pain to get down.

I tend to keep most unfinished things in case they're useful for something else. Sometimes, some of them have turned into completely different fics entirely.
