Discussion: titles. Do you find titles easy or difficult to come up with?

I wrote. I finished a scene and can now smell the end of the dreaded middle part. \o/

I'm pretty pragmatic when it comes to titles. Sometimes the perfect title comes to me before I post. If it doesn't, I usually don't have much trouble coming up with something serviceable.

I am failing at writing so far this month; too distracted by being extra busy, I guess.

Assigning titles usually goes pretty well for me. I usually try to find a key word or phrase that occurs in the story that sums things up, and I use that.
