Discussion. distractions. What are your biggest distractions from writing?

My brain is mush following an quickly arranged meeting that I had this morning so I've done no writing at all today.

I usually complete a few levels of Gummy Drop or play with my Lego, sometimes the football and rugby get more of my attention than whatever I'm working on.

Rather than writing today, I planned out a new 6 mile run route to embark on tomorrow. I've been putting that off for MONTHS. Amazing what procrastination on one thing can do for another.

I started writing a synopsis for a Rogue One story; hopefully I can start writing prose over the weekend.

Youtube can be a killer for me. Pinterest sometimes helps with inspiring images, but other times I find myself down a rabbit hole looking for cool stuff. When I really can't focus, I use the Cold Turkey app on my laptop and phone to block a lot of distracting sites at once.

Handling life today. Extremely tired. Have a deadline coming up in two days. Should be able to make it. Just have to hope I get a little extra sleep tonight.

Biggest distraction? Does work count? That sucks a lot of my productive time.
