Do you typically write your stories from a particular point of view (first, second, or third person)? Do you switch it up depending on the fandom or the length of the story?

Date: Monday, September 11th, 2017 23:09 (UTC)I typically write in limited third person. One of my WIPs (for Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame) involves multiple points of view, all written in limited third person. It's fun to play with what the POV character knows, versus what the other characters know, in a given scene.
I did try out some drabbles earlier this summer, though, and my best ones were written in first person. This seemed to get me the most immediate impact with a limited word count.
