Hello on Monday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

       - I thought about my fic once or twice
       - I wrote
       - I did some planning and/or research
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Monday Discussion - Do you have any deadlines coming up at the end of the month?  Do you write better when you have set deadlines or do you prefer the freedom to work without a deadline?

I wrote last night and this morning. Less than 1,000 words away from my goal of 10,000 for the month. *nods* Pretty satisfying outcome, if you ask me.

I am traditionally terrible at deadlines, so I have come to prefer writing in a more open-ended manner, though deadlines are sometimes inevitable.
