Hello on Tuesday! What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

       - I thought about my fic once or twice
       - I wrote
       - I did some planning and/or research
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Tuesday Discussion - Do you ever go back and reread old stories you've written?  Are you encouraged or discouraged by their quality?

I edited someone else's stuff yesterday, so that was something -- but nothing of my own writing got done yesterday. Today may work out better, as I should get home earlier; I will plan some writing time!

I usually feel pretty happy with my old stories -- I actually make a practice of going back and rereading stuff to remind myself that yes, I am capable of writing well. Of course, I often find something that needs fixing (usually grammar), so I will tweak to the story if it's not a drastic change.
