Hello on Monday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

       - I thought about my fic once or twice
       - I wrote
       - I did some planning and/or research
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Monday Discussion:  Do you like using photos or other artwork as a prompt for writing?

Yesterday, while doing something unrelated to writing, I got an idea for a fic I'm working on, so I did some research and made some notes that will be helpful for moving forward.

I have written from a photo/artwork prompt a time or two, and it worked out well. I also use photos to help me when trying to describe a setting when it's important to the plot.
