Date: Thursday, January 31st, 2019 02:00 (UTC)Having decided it was better to do at least some work on an existing WIP before starting a new one, I managed to do a fairly decent chunk on the Daria screenplay. Making a chart of the scenes on paper not only helped jump start the writing, but also gave me a better idea of how to break up the chapters. Trying not to think *too* far ahead, but it always helps to have a rough idea of what I think I'll do next, or what I might work on in tandem with other stuff.
I tend to not write until afternoon and evening only because mornings are usually busier. I'd say for the last year at least, pretty much any time has been a good time, especially since I started taking the magnesium threonate (seriously, I'd love to hear anecdotes from anyone else who gives it a try).

Date: Thursday, January 31st, 2019 02:33 (UTC)Today I finished the chapter I wanted to finish this week. I'm going to revise it tomorrow before sending it off to beta for the weekend, but it's essentially done. :D I'll be away most of the weekend so I don't think I'll get much writing done Fri/Sat.
Best tifreeme of day is whenever I have time! I prefer it to be quiet, so usually that means either late at night after my partner goes to bed, or if I have a slow day with work and can write over an extended lunch break.
