Hello on Tuesday!  How's the day going so far for fic? (If you haven't gotten started on your day as yet, how did yesterday go for writing fic?)

Today I have to take a break from writing, as it's one long day of meetings and other things at work. Yesterday was excellent, however, after spending probably 60-90 minutes on fic. I wrote and posted, just a short little thing, but it turned out well and is getting more comments than many of my longer things!

Five words: Wish I could write today!

I keep meaning to comment on the check-in posts but get derailed by other things. WIP writing has stalled in the past few days—mostly because I have two possible characters to choose from for this scene and I can't decide which to go with. I really really need a fellow fan just to run things by. :/

On the bright side, I have a plot for my Wayback Exchange fic, so yay! (Sadly, it's looking like I won't be able to sign up for Hurt/Comfort Ex, because I haven't seen a single request yet that I can actually write. This is a perennial problem with smaller exchanges.)

And for some reason yesterday my mind decided to come up with an apocalyptic scenario for an RPF fandom that I barely admit to reading, and definitely do not write. If I write any of it, it will never be posted. Anywhere. (Unless maybe as an archive-locked fic, but still, probably not.)

I did get a bunch of worksheets created yesterday, though! So that was productivity that made me $$, and hopefully I'll get enough of those done to give myself the time to work on the Wayback assignment.

Wrote 30 min, should go to my writers meeting tonight which would be more but it's looking sort of iffy at the moment.

My concentration is shot tonight. I think more sleep is in order before I think of writing again.
