Discussion: time management. Are you able to set aside writing time? Does life get in the way?

No writing at all today with going to a hospital appointment with a relative.

Just now it's pretty much life gets in the way but when I can set aside some time for writing I usually start around 5pm and have an alarm go off at 10pm.

After a couple days of back-and-forth comments with my alpha reader, I'm ready to write some more on the one Rookie Blue WIP tonight… as soon as I can finish the worksheet set I've been working on. So yes, life does often get in the way. But not tonight! *is determined*

I'm not currently sticking to my schedule writing time, which means I'm not getting writing done. I seem to get the most done when I stick to my schedule of writing in the morning before getting on the internet. If I don't do it then, life is likely to get in the way.
