WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 8 -- Saturday

Hello on Saturday!  What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?

       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

I edited yesterday. Today, I'm expecting to get something done with a WIP chapter, either planning/research or writing some actual words.

No writing today, either, but I am getting back to a schedule that will allow me to do more than just work, sleep, and sit on the couch being exhausted.

I edited and wrote today, and I'm hoping to do more! I also got to post a little bit last night, but I don't think my latest short fic is going to be done in time to post today--it'll probably have to be tomorrow. (Because I'm an idiot who volunteered to go sit out in the sun at a street festival and advertise the library...no writing will be happening at that point. It'll be fun, though.)

As for what I'm working on, I'm doing a little bit of reworking on a large WIP that just needs some cleaning up while I figure out where to go with it next. I have the basic plot sketched out, but I left out some important information at the beginning, so I need to figure out if/where I can incorporate it before I move forward.

I wrote a couple of sentences today, figured out that there was a scene missing that I really needed and started it.
