Discussion: do you take part in any of the regular end of year challenges like NaNo, Yuletide etc?

I wrote and edited today. I am not officially taking part in NaNo, but I am taking advantage of the month to try to write at least 444 words every day. I used to do a Yuletide exchange every year with a writing community I belong to, but last year they didn't run the exchange, and it looks like it won't happen again this year. I may try to find another end of year challenge/exchange to take part in.

Been dealing with RL more, but finally wrote and edited today. Hope for more tomorrow.

I've participated in femslash_kink for the last few years, but that's nowhere near the level of challenge and discipline demanded by NaNo, Yuletide, etc. Not to demean my own or anyone else's contributions, but if you know what I mean, and I think you do.

Nano looks way too stressful for me. I do Yuletide ocassionally, but not this year. Trying to focus on me stuff for a bit!
